Biographical
Graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1980. Joined Jones, Skelton & Hochuli in 1983, and has been a Partner in the firm since 1988. Served on the firm’s Management Committee and is a past chair of the firm’s Construction and Insurance practice groups. Been admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Is a member of the USLAW Network and was the founding chair of the Network’s Construction practice group.
In addition to his active civil trial practice, he has received extensive arbitration and mediation training through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Strauss School of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University. He has served as a trial and settlement conference Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court and as a Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Court of Appeals. He is a construction and commercial arbitrator and mediator for AAA and has been accepted into the prestigious National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN). He is asked to serve as a private arbitrator and mediator and often lectures and writes on arbitration and mediation practice and techniques. The Best Lawyers in America for work in Arbitration and Mediation 2018 - Present.

Rates Information
My fee schedule is structured to encourage parties to mediate their matters early and to provide affordable rates for every type of case. $495 per hour for pre-suit matters and trial certified cases. PLEASE CALL FOR TRAVEL RATES.
