Biographical Notes:

Mark graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1980. He joined Jones, Skelton & Hochuli in 1983, and has been a Partner in the firm since 1988.  He has served on the firm’s Management Committee and is a past chair of the firm’s Construction and Insurance practice groups. Mark has been admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He is a member of the USLAW Network and was the founding chair of the Network’s Construction practice group. Mark is also  a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.

In addition to his active civil trial practice, Mark has received extensive arbitration and mediation training through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Strauss School of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.  He has  served as a trial and settlement conference Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court and as a Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Court of Appeals. Mark is a construction and commercial arbitrator and mediator for AAA and has been accepted into the prestigious National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN). Mark regularly is asked to serve as a private arbitrator and mediator and often lectures and writes  on arbitration and mediation practice and techniques.

Mark is  the author of the novel: “The Barrister’s Ball”.

    Rates: My fee schedule is structured to encourage parties to mediate their matters early and to provide affordable rates for every type of case. $1,200 flat fee for state court arbitration certified cases (1/2 day), $375 per hour for pre-suit matters and $395 per hour for all trial certified cases.
